Superb condition General William H. Harrison campaign of 1840 button. This button is a flat 2 piece construction. The front has the military bust of Harrison facing left. With the inscription "GENL. W. H. HARRISON" above, and 26 five-pointed stars below. Has an eagle on collar. Very bright finish with a few very light scratches. The back has the full stand up shank, with raised back mark. The campaign of 1840 saw the greatest use and array of buttons connected with any political campaign.
