Here is one you do not see to often. A North Carolina 14mm CUFF, LOCAL button, made during the war. This is a two piece, convex button with the North Carolina above in an arch. Below is the female figures of Liberty and Plenty,in very good detail with some gold wash still visible.. The back also has very nice detail, with gold wash in the channel, has the original full shank, but bent and a gap around, but tight. Locals, in cuff size are hard to find and usually are in not to good of condition, this one is an exception, and in overall good condition. This one was found in Fredericksburg Va.
