Beautiful battlefield recovered U. S. box plate. Exhibits just a wonderful "chocolate brown" patina, on the face with crisp U. S. markings. The back has both hooks very solid, some light crazing.This plate was found long ago in the days where you could roam around and legally find relics.This plate was found by longtime Gettysburg battlefield hunter/collector/author historian Mr. Dean Thomas.
